Job Description

The Quality Supervisor will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that polymer-based products meet industry and customer standards. This role involves supervising quality control teams, implementing inspection protocols, and collaborating with production units to maintain product

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the quality control team. Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies. Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document inspection outcomes and maintain accurate records. Identify and address recurring quality issues. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Train and mentor quality control inspectors. Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality control

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in quality control within the plastics or polymer industry. Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ASTM. Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
