Job Title: Quality Supervisor - Injection Moulding

Location: Sonipat

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing / Injection Moulding

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Plastic Moulding Quality

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in injection moulding for plastic components. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure adherence to product specifications, and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage QA activities in the injection moulding department.

Conduct in-process inspections and final product quality checks.

Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO/TS/other certifications).

Maintain quality documentation and inspection reports.

Handle customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Work closely with production and tool room teams for quality improvements.

Train operators and quality inspectors on quality protocols.

Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement improvement measures.

Monitor product and process quality using appropriate measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Profile Projector, etc.).

Ensure calibration of quality instruments and equipment.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC in plastic injection moulding.

Strong understanding of moulding defects and corrective actions.

Familiarity with quality standards and documentation (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.).

Experience in using quality tools and inspection instruments.

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems (preferred).

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Plastic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
