Supervise and lead the quality control team, including inspectors and technicians. Monitor and improve inspection procedures for sheet metal components (cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, etc.). Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, calibration records, and internal audit logs. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Diagram. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer-specific quality requirements, and other regulatory standards. Lead or support initiatives for process improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, etc.). Proficiency in using measuring instruments and interpreting engineering drawings (GD&T).
