Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee and maintain the quality assurance processes in our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products and services meet internal and external standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of the quality assurance team. Implement and monitor quality standards and systems in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections, audits, and tests at various stages of production. Investigate quality issues and provide solutions to reduce defects and improve product consistency. Maintain and review documentation such as quality reports, inspection procedures, and compliance records. Train and support production staff in quality procedures and standards. Work with other departments (production, engineering, R&D) to drive quality improvements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Proficient in MS Office and quality software/tools (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma preferred).
