Job Description

The job role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure that plastic products meet established standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide the quality control team, including operators and technicians, ensuring effective implementation of quality standards. Develop, document, and implement quality control processes and procedures aligned with company and industry standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and product testing at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations. Analyze quality data, customer complaints, and production issues to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality management systems. Train and evaluate quality personnel to maintain high competency levels. Manage calibration and maintenance of quality measurement instruments. Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and communicate quality metrics to management and customers. Handle customer quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
