Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Shift Incharge to oversee and maintain quality standards during production shifts in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, manage quality checks, and coordinate with production teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all quality assurance activities during the assigned shift.

Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards.

Conduct in-process and final product quality checks.

Maintain records of quality inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for immediate issue resolution.

Verify cleaning and sanitation activities before and after each shift.

Train and guide line operators on hygiene and quality protocols.

Ensure proper sampling, testing, and documentation as per QA norms.

Prepare shift-wise quality reports and communicate findings to the Quality Manager.

Support audits, validations, and compliance reviews.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of food safety and quality control standards.

Hands-on experience in HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 implementation.

Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle team supervision effectively.

Rotational Shifts (8 hours each - Morning, Evening, Night)
