Job Description

Monitor and evaluate: Observe and assess products, services, or customer interactions (like calls, emails, and chats) to ensure they meet company standards and policies. Develop standards: Create and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and benchmarks for products and services. Provide feedback and coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to staff to help them improve their performance. Analyze data: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Document and report: Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality issues, and create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate: Work with other departments, such as development, production, and management, to implement fixes and improvements. Ensure compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
