QUALITY DIMENSION RAW CASTING INSPECTOR

To Prepare documents for ready for dispatch castings -Visual inspection , Critical dimensions (As cast ) . Responsible to update of final quality documents in spyro software. Responsible to Visual castings marking after Fettling Process castings. To Prepare Despatch advice for ready for machining castings from ATPL at ascast conditions. To Prepare Non conformance reports for Deviation in process activities with defects photos and update in the spyro systems. Responsible to follow the NCR up to effectiveness implementation in the shop floor. To prepare cumulative final inspection reports & NCR records once in a week and forward to Quality Head for review with Production Department and forward to top management. Responsible to provide improvements points & Point implementation on monthly. Authority control to stop the production activities if deviation noticed in Despatch castings and in production process. Responsible to clear with visual marking or dimension inspection within 24Hours from received the ascast castings.
