Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our company's

Quality Management System (QMS) processes and documentation, maintain quality

standards across company operations, and provide administrative and project support.

This role involves coordinating between departments, supporting project execution,

assisting with sales bookings, and ensuring smooth flow of information and

documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS) Administration

-Maintain and update QMS documentation, procedures, and records in

accordance with ISO or company standards.

-Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions, and process improvement

initiatives.

-Monitor compliance with quality processes across all departments.

-Ensure timely preparation and submission of required QMS reports.

Project Coordination & Support

-Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules in the designated

project management application (Zoho).

-Create and organize project folders (physical and digital) to ensure proper

documentation control.

-Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and update schedules

accordingly.

-Support project managers in preparing documentation and reports.

Sales Support

-Assist the sales team with booking processes, ensuring all required information

and documentation are complete.

-Maintain accurate records of sales bookings and related approvals.

Administrative Support

-Provide general administrative assistance to operations, sales, and project

teams.

-Coordinate internal communication between departments for smooth

operations.

-Support other office management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality

Management, Project Management, or related field.

-Experience in QMS administration (ISO 9001 knowledge preferred).

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project

management software.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional

teams.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Work Environment: Office-based.
