Administering and driving Quality Management System elements compliance, in line with international quality standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 and SHS global requirements, within the organization.
Partnering with all relevant stakeholders and ensure the compliance of Customer Service processes in alignment with global CS Quality requirements
Engage and lead Supplier Quality Management process, change control process in alignment with business team and global team
Coordinate with all stakeholders and relevant functions to monitor all Quality related KPIs, drive for continuous improvement and provide update.
Participate in non-conformance cost program in SHPL and drive for improvement in achieving the KPI.
Responsible to manage QMS elements like control of monitoring and measuring devices, CAPA management, etc.,
Provide support in QMS implementation and external audit for the countries in the zone.
* Supporting and monitoring the progress and compliance actions derived from the 'Quality Council' initiative across Siemens Healthcare India.
