Lead and Drive QA Projects



: Take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of QA-related initiatives across product and process domains.

Strategic Planning & Timely Execution



: Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and ensure on-time completion aligned with quality and compliance goals.



v



Cross-Functional Collaboration



: Work closely with different division Parts Quality, Market Quality, New Model Development, and IT to ensure seamless project execution.



v



Project Monitoring & Risk Management



: Track progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts), proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.



v



Reporting & Communication



: Prepare comprehensive project status reports and present updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.



v



Strategic Learning Program Design



: Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and QA functional requirements.



v



Training Needs Analysis



: Identify skill gaps and competency development areas within the QA team through structured assessments and feedback mechanisms.



v



Training Planning & Coordination



: Collaborate with MSTA and other stakeholders to plan and schedule technical and behavioural training programs.



v



Training Execution & Monitoring



: Ensure timely execution of training plans and monitor effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.



v



Continuous Learning Enhancement



: Stay updated with emerging trends in learning methodologies, digital learning platforms, and instructional technologies to enhance training delivery.



v



Employee Engagement Initiatives



: Organize and manage engagement activities such as Outbound Training, festival celebrations, and team-building events to foster a positive work culture.



v



International Training Coordination



: Facilitate overseas training programs.



v



Impact Measurement & Reporting



: Track training outcomes, prepare management reports, and recommend improvements for future learning initiatives.
