Department : Quality

Experience : 1-5 Years

Qualification: Must (ITI,Diploma & BE Mech) Or Have Experience related means any degree

Roll : Permanent

Salary : Per Industry Standard and also Based on interview negotiable

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling Instruments knowledge like Vernier, height gauge, Bore dail. Etc.,,

2. Understand production drawing

3. Manage line inspection routinely

4. Written line inspection report properly & PDI inspection

6. Familiar Quality Document knowledge like PPAP, 8D, SPC ISO,Etc,,

7. Customer Complaint Handling

8. Make action plan customer side issues.

9. Highly proficient knowledge of Mechanical drawings

10. Educate &Train junior QC team

11. Control in-house rejection and rework documentation of NC with root cause and action plan.

12. Resolve quality issue by identifying problem & Examine solution options

13. To conduct daily basis quality issue.

14. Knowledge of Mechanical instruments
