We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Specialist Advisor to join our team in GURUGRAM, Hary?na (IN-HR), India (IN).
Below is JD for the QA role.
We are looking for a Sr. QA Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and resilience of the IMS Ops Platform, a unified web?based operational system built on a microservices architecture. The platform integrates workflows, role?based dashboards, exception handling, report scheduling, Snowflake data snapshots, and JIRA lifecycle tracking.
Below are the tasks for the QA role

• Define and own the full QA strategy for the Ops Platform across UI, workflow logic, scheduling, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Establish best?practice quality processes aligned with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud?ready architecture.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, automation suites, regression packs, and release readiness indicators.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for:

• Angular?based UI components
• Workflow automation modules
• Scheduling and job?monitoring dashboards
• Snowflake data validations (including snapshots)
• API gateways and microservices
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Validate workflow orchestration (reviews, approvals, exception handling).
• Test real?time reporting, recurring scheduling, and data refresh behavior.
• Verify integrity of embedded reports and live data views.
• Conduct performance, load, and failover testing for high?volume batch and reporting workloads.
• Ensure role?based access control (analyst, reviewer, supervisor, admin) behaves as defined.

Must?Have Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong command of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST clients, or equivalent).
• Experience with testing microservices, REST APIs, event?driven systems.
• Hands?on SQL experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Strong background in testing workflow engines, approval flows, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to partner with cross?functional teams.
• Experience working in fast?paced Agile environments.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Angular applications and Power BI embedded analytics.
• Exposure to large?scale data integrations and operational platforms.
• Understanding of finance domain.
• Familiarity with enterprise scheduling or batch processing tools.
