As a

Quality Patrol (Inspector)

in a plastics injection molding company, your primary responsibility is to ensure that molded plastic parts meet the required quality standards during and after production. With one year of experience, you will be expected to carry out routine in-process and final inspections of components by checking for visual defects such as short shots, flashes, burn marks, and surface imperfections. You will also verify basic dimensional accuracy using standard measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

You will be responsible for recording inspection results, identifying non-conforming parts, and promptly reporting any quality issues to the supervisor or quality engineer. Supporting the production team in preventing the recurrence of defects through clear communication is also an essential part of your role. You will follow established inspection plans, work instructions, and quality procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with customer requirements.

Additionally, maintaining proper handling and cleanliness of measuring instruments, assisting in organizing inspection-related documentation, and adhering to workplace safety and 5S practices are part of your day-to-day duties. This position requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility to uphold product quality and contribute to overall process improvement.
