Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & Testing

: Perform routine checks on raw materials, components, and final products for defects (e.g., cracks, burns, dimensional errors).

Measurement

: Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions against specifications.

Documentation

: Record inspection data, report non-conformities, and maintain accurate quality records.

Communication

: Alert supervisors and production staff about quality issues and help troubleshoot to prevent recurrence.

Process Improvement

: Suggest ways to enhance manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve quality.

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to internal standards, external regulations, and company procedures (like 5S).
