Job Description

1.Ensuring that all activities across the hospital will conform to the quality standards set forth by the quality department.

2. Participate in the quality management reviews, risk analysis and internal audits to ensure effective implementation and sustenance of quality and safety standards.

3. Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our products or services.

4. Coordinate with department leaders to resolve issues and conclude investigations within the incident reporting system.

5. Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams for the improvement of key performance indicators.

6. Participating in the planning of specific training and educational programmes appropriate to the quality and safety needs.

7. Adhere to the safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient and staff safety rules.

8. Any other responsibility as deemed fit, from time to time, by the reporting authority and the management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
