1. Position Summary The Quality Executive/Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with GDP guidelines, documentation accuracy, warehouse quality processes, and audit readiness for pharmaceutical CFA operations. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Documentation & Records Maintain and update all QA documentation (SOPs, logs, checklists, reports). Ensure proper documentation practices as per GDP requirements. Review daily temperature & humidity logs. Maintain deviation, incident, and CAPA records. B. Warehouse Quality Operations Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. Ensure compliance with FEFO/FIFO stock rotation. Verify cleanliness, hygiene, and pest control compliance. Conduct periodic quality checks on warehouse operations. C. Training & Compliance Coordinate and document training for warehouse staff. Ensure execution of monthly monitoring and review meetings. Maintain training attendance and competency records. D. Audit & Inspection Support Prepare for client audits and regulatory inspections. Maintain audit readiness at all times. Prepare audit responses and CAPA in coordination with management. E. Temperature-Controlled Operations Monitor cold room/WIC operations. Ensure temperature excursion handling and documentation. Verify calibration of equipment is up-to-date. 3. Required Qualifications D. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy 3-4 years of experience in Pharma QA or Warehouse QA Knowledge of GDP, documentation practices, and audit processes 4. Skills & Competencies Strong documentation & compliance skills Good communication and reporting capability Knowledge of warehouse operations Attention to detail and quality awareness Ability to manage audits and handle pressure
