Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and audits. Prepare reports on quality metrics, non-conformance incidents, and corrective actions taken. Provide regular updates to QA Executive/HOD.
Training and Education: Conduct training programs for employees on quality assurance procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety guidelines. Promote a culture of quality awareness and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Conduct Personnel Hygiene checks
Monitor inside and outside housekeeping activity in a shift
Conduct Laboratory analysis of other resources like Effluent, RO water, Processed water, Steam, Briquettes etc.
Monitor QA related activity like printing checks, calibrations of measuring instruments, FIFO etc in Packing section, Cold storages and during Dispatches.
Assist QA executive in a shift related to QA activities
Monitor Pest control activities in a shift
