Job opportunity at Breach candy hospital Trust for the post of Quality nurse,

Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and report on clinical quality indicators and patient safety metrics. Conduct audits and chart reviews to assess compliance with internal protocols and external regulations Participate in root cause analyses and sentinel event investigations; assist in developing action plans. Support the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines. Educate and train staff on quality initiatives, policy changes, and performance improvement tools. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care. Assist with regulatory preparedness and participate in site inspections and accreditation surveys. Maintain documentation related to quality improvement activities and ensure timely reporting. Use data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support decision-making.

Requirements

Valid nursing license in the state of practice Proven experience in home care, occupational health, and pain management Experience in quality is must with atleast 1-2 years

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
