Job Summary

We are hiring an

NPD - Quality Engineer

who has good subject knowledge in

Polymer Engineering / Plastic Technology

. The candidate will support new product development, material testing, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and testing of new plastic materials and formulations. Conduct lab-scale trials and support production scale-up. Analyze material properties (tensile strength, MFI, hardness, etc.). Support quality control activities and documentation. Work with cross-functional teams on product development. Troubleshoot material or processing issues. Maintain lab records and technical documentation. Create product Bill of Materials (BOM). Basic knowledge of ISO/ASTM standards is an added advantage.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Polymer Engineering / Plastic Technology

(Required) Strong technical knowledge of polymers and materials testing Good analytical and problem-solving skills Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply
