Job Description

Roles & Responsibility



1) In charge of maintaining quality of Hospital's various services.

2) To supervise & ensure that all clinical polices and protocols are followed.

3) Medical Audit, Emergency Preparedness, part of Infection Control team etc

4) To ensure meeting calendars are made. To Review Minutes of Councils meetings and effective closure of non conformities.

5) To identify gaps/help items and provide feedback to operations/clinical departments.

6) To support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation.

7) Tracking process efficiency for the unit and highlighting efficiency gaps emerging periodically.

8) Periodically being involved in random and planned audit activities for Quality Monitoring purposes.

9) To support and assist the Support Services team and Training of staff.

10) To comply with statutory Compliance.

11) To monitor, participate and collaborate with other disciplines for successful implementation and audits, certification and re certification of NABH and other Quality Improvement Programs.

12) To ensure timely meetings for various councils and committees.

13) Ensuring daily performance of high level of output & goal attainment by the team

14) Preparing a budget for quality and adhering to the same.

Qualification: Degree

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
