Job Summary : : : Waterproofing of large Hydraulic Structures like dams, canals, tunnels, reservoirs etc & Construction Works Quality Manager/QA/QC Project Sites/Manufacturing Facility/Job Sites/HO The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems for the manufacturing, supply, and site installation of geosynthetic and other installation materials. The role ensures full compliance with contractual specifications, international standards, and client requirements across both production facilities and construction sites, thereby safeguarding product performance and long-term durability of the works.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)

Establish, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) systems in line with ISO 9001 and project-specific Quality Plans. Develop Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures for geosynthetic works. Ensure alignment between factory QA procedures and site execution requirements. Manufacturing & Production Quality Oversee quality control during production of geosynthetic materials (geomembranes, geotextiles, geocomposites, GCLs, drains, etc.). Ensure raw material qualification, batch traceability, and in-process testing as per approved standards. Monitor factory testing (physical, mechanical, hydraulic, durability) and calibration of testing equipment. o Review and approve factory test reports, certificates of compliance, and release notes prior to dispatch. Site Quality Control & Installation Ensure proper handling, storage, deployment, seaming, anchoring, and protection of geosynthetic materials at site.
Qualifications o Bachelor's / master's degree in civil engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field

Certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - preferred) o Certified Welding / Geomembrane Inspector (advantage) Experience 10-15 years of experience in geosynthetics within infrastructure, hydropower, dams, tunnels, landfills, or water retaining structures Proven exposure to both manufacturing QA and site installation quality control Work Environment Combination of factory floor, laboratories, and construction sites o Travel between project sites and production facilities as required

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per month
