Job Description

Location: Jhundpur (Near Rai, Sonepat, Haryana)

We are looking for a Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance in our production facility at Jhundpur near Rai, Sonepat.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet company and industry standards.

Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for compliance with specifications.

Supervise and train quality inspectors and line staff on quality procedures.

Collaborate with production and design teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Maintain documentation related to quality standards, testing, and corrective actions.

Conduct regular audits and prepare detailed quality reports for management.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety, and environmental regulations.

Work with suppliers to maintain incoming material quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in consumer durable or appliance manufacturing.

Strong understanding of QC tools, testing methods, and process improvement techniques.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S, and Kaizen practices.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and report documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
