Job Summary

We are looking for a

Quality Manager

with strong experience in

sportswear manufacturing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes across the production cycle, ensuring all products meet internal and external standards before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and standards. Supervise and train QC team members across departments. Conduct in-line and final quality inspections of garments. Set quality benchmarks for sportswear categories (jerseys, cycling wear, etc.). Identify quality issues, root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and international standards. Coordinate with production, merchandising, and design teams to resolve quality-related concerns. Handle customer feedback and manage quality audits from clients or third-party agencies. Maintain documentation and reports for audits and production QC records.

Key Requirements

:

Minimum

5 years

of experience in

quality control

within the

sportswear/garment manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of

sportswear fabric types, printing techniques, sewing, and finishing processes

. Experience with international buyer standards and quality audits. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and team management abilities. Open to travel Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or related fields
