Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop
and maintain AS9100-compliant QMS documentation, including procedures for
inspection, testing, and calibration.

Plan
and execute internal audits; coordinate third-party audits and customer quality
assessments.

Organize
monthly management review meetings to evaluate QMS effectiveness and present
quality performance metrics.

Investigate
root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
using tools like 8D and Fishbone diagrams.

Evaluate
and monitor supplier performance through audits and scorecards.

Address
customer complaints and quality concerns with timely resolution and
documentation.

Lead
Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve process capability.

Train
employees on quality standards, procedures, and tools including SOPs and
SPC techniques.

Maintain
accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics using Microsoft
tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's
degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum
5 years of experience for degree holders and 8 years for diploma holders in
aerospace quality assurance or manufacturing.

Certified
Lead Auditor for AS9100 (preferred).

Proficient
in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis.

Strong
leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?130,000.00 per month
