JD for the profile of Quality Head

Communicate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and expectations.

Ensure continuous product development and a product improvement plan.

Maintain the costing sheet.

Monitor and achieve FPY (first point yield) targets for each product line.

Capture in-process rejections and root cause analysis through quality tools and CAPA implementation.

Develop new vendors and suppliers in the market.

Ensuring the ISI standards are maintained and managed properly.

Desired Candidate

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Educational Qualifications - BE / B-Tech Electrical or Electronics.

Experience - 5-10 years in Home Appliances Industry with Major Ceiling Fans and Iron product experience.

Preferred candidate should has worked in Home Appliances Industry.

Team Handling Experience

Computer skills - Basic Excel Skills.

Must have strong follow up skills.
