Job Description

1. To ensure the Quality in all levels.

2. Conducting online and random inspection.

3. 100% samples checking as per the specification before delivery of samples.

4. To update the Buyers specifications as per the mails from time to time and to communicate to all concerned and to maintain the datas under his custody.

5. To keep Buyers approved samples and swatches safely.

6. To keep QC records for future reference.

7. To identify bad tailors and checkers and reporting to HR for necessary counselling.

8. Co-ordinating with Buyers QC Inspections and communicating all staff concerned about the Buyers QC findings /comments.

9. To check the accessories ,quality and specifications as per buyer specification.

10. To improve quality at all levels by providing suitable suggestions.

11. To check the Made up rejection pieces and suggest for better usage.

12. Co-ordinating with weaving /processing/ marketing staff regarding quality parameters.

13. Ensure quality in all aspects

14. Employ QA to check garments at the time of stitching. It is to ensure that operators are not making any defective pieces

15. Conduct internal audits prior to handing over goods to buyer representative for final inspection.

16. Ensure only quality trims are used in production

17. Instruct packing department for correct tagging and packing requirement

18. Meet with buyer representatives and understand about quality requirements of each buyer.

19. Implement quality systems in each department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
