Job description:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, or customer-specific standards

Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts (CAPA) for internal and customer-reported defects

Work closely with production, engineering, and tool design teams to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency

Coordinate internal and external quality audits.

Collect, analyze, and report quality data (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.)

Train and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and operators in quality procedures and standards

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HPDC processes, casting defects, and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)

Familiar with ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality systems

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Proficiency with quality software tools and ERP systems preferred

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role within a die casting
