Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
Prepare and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and compliance reviews on a regular basis.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to quality plans and specifications.
Ensure materials, workmanship, and construction practices meet contract requirements and legal standards.
Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material approvals.
Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive actions for non-conformance issues.
Provide quality-related training to site staff and subcontractors.
Maintain quality records and generate performance reports for senior management and clients.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding quality-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and construction codes.
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is a plus.
Familiarity with QA/QC software tools and documentation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
Based at project sites and/or company offices.
Must adhere to health and safety protocols.
