Job Description

1.Implementing and ensuring SAFETY, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 system requirements, 5's implementation, audit and sustaining the same.

2.To set up Quality packages and Method of measurement system to new part

3.To Focus process approach to improve Good part production.

4. Focus to set up Quality Check automation from Man dependency. Calculate Gauge Consumption cost and ensure them to allowable cost.

5. Work to reduce COPQ less than 0.25% against Actual Turn Over.

6.Customer Complaint and Cost debits from Customer - '0' Responsible for the activities of Quality control (Sp. Parts), customer interaction, communication and correspondence.

7.implementation of 1's & 2's, safety monitoring and follow up of QMS, Individual Decision Making to Quality and Dispatch Requirements,

8.FMEA, Customer complaints attending, 8D & 7QC tools, Rejection control & Analysis. Development product quality approval, CSR handling, Calibration follow up. Online process quality control.

9.Establish NPD Process (PPAP and APQP) Quality, Reduce man dependent checks

10.Ensuring the implementation and fulfillment of TPM related requirements. (Work experience in TPM is mandatory)

11.Ensuring and reduce Operator Fatigue, Improve Operator efficiency, productivity and quality.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
