We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with strong knowledge of the garment/cloth industry and export quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, and managing quality control processes from raw material to final shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control systems for garments and fabrics
Ensure products meet export buyer standards and specifications
Conduct inspections at all stages: fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing
Handle buyer quality requirements, audits, and compliance reports
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Maintain quality documentation and inspection records
Train and guide QC staff and production teams on quality standard
Ensure timely approvals and shipment quality clearance
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager in the cloth/garment industry
Strong knowledge of export quality standards and buyer compliance
Understanding of fabrics, stitching, finishing, and garment construction
Familiarity with AQL standards and inspection procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple orders and tight deadlines
Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in Textile, Fashion Technology, or related field (preferred)
3-7 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing/export
