B.E / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

of hands-on experience in the

Quality Department

(Manufacturing background mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

setup approvals

as per approved drawings, control plans, and customer requirements Oversee

in-process inspections

and ensure adherence to control plans Review and approve

final inspection

and

pre-dispatch inspection reports

Monitor and analyze

daily line rejection data

and drive corrective actions Raise, review, and close

Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

effectively Drive

root cause analysis

and ensure timely

NC closure

with CFT involvement Implement and monitor

SPC

and

MSA

activities Plan and lead

internal and external quality audits

Ensure

calibration management

of gauges and measuring instruments Lead and validate

process validation

and improvement activities Analyze

internal and customer NCs

with Cross-Functional Teams Oversee

inward inspection

processes and reporting Prepare and present

MRM (Management Review Meeting) presentations

Maintain and control

product drawings

and

revision status

Ensure compliance with

ISO standards

and customer quality requirements Mentor and guide the quality team to improve overall quality performance
