Establish, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS and related documentation.
Plan and conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits.
Monitor and review quality objectives and targets regularly.
Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection:
Ensure systematic inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Address non-conformance issues promptly and initiate corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rejections.
Implement quality control plans and SOPs for key processes.
Supplier Quality Management:
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Conduct supplier audits and evaluations periodically.
Customer Complaint Management:
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain records of complaints and actions taken.
Team Management:
Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities and regular skill development.
Foster a culture of quality within the organization.
Calibration & Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure regular calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
Maintain records as per ISO requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit monthly quality reports and analysis to management.
Track quality KPIs such as rejection rates, customer complaints, and inspection results.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in Quality Management in manufacturing (stationery, plastics, packaging preferred).
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing.
Familiarity with QC tools, SPC, and process control techniques.
