Ensure regulatory compliance:
Oversee adherence to all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, such as licenses and safety protocols.
Conduct data analysis and reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), patient outcomes, and other quality metrics. Use statistical tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Perform audits and assessments:
Conduct internal and external audits, including patient record audits, mock accreditation audits, and pre-assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Drive continuous improvement:
Monitor existing processes, identify areas of weakness, and implement strategies for reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and improving patient care.
Manage patient experience:
Carry out patient satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to ensure patient requirements are met.
Collaborate across departments:
Work with clinical and administrative staff to define quality procedures, implement changes, and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Manage quality documentation:
Establish and maintain control and documentation procedures.

Required skills and qualifications
