YOUR TASKS
Join our team as a Quality Manager - Product Development (Electronics) and lead automotive quality initiatives from RFQ to PPAP. Drive APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and compliance with global standards. Ideal for professionals with 5-10 years in automotive electronics quality.
Objective:

• Be the Quality Champion: Analyze customer requirements and assure implementation in new product development.
• Cultivate Excellence: Apply and implement advanced quality tools and methods across System Engineering, Mechanical Design, Hardware, and Software.
• Ensure Compliance: Conduct reviews, audits, and assessments to meet global automotive standards and customer expectations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop product and process qualification measures and embed lessons learned for future success.

Responsibilities:

• Customer facing role involved from RFQ to PPAP and ECNs
• Regular Status Reporting to Senior Management
• Planning and reporting of APQP and PPAP
• Definition, tracking of quality goals and metrics
• Elicit customer requirements for quality
• Quality reviews for Mechanical Design / Hardware Schematic/ Layout
• Drive DFMEA, PFMEA
• DV and PV Planning and Reporting
• Facilitate lessons learnt capture and implementation
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
• Defects Root Cause Analysis and prevention / 8D
• Analyze and ensure process conformance and process related documentation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience:

• 5-10 years in Automotive Electronics Product Development Quality (Tier 1 preferred).
• Exposure to System Engineering, Validation, or Testing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Hardware/Electronics Product Development Lifecycle.
• Expertise in APQP, PPAP, Core Tools, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA.Familiarity with AIS standards (e.g., AIS 038, AIS 004).

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
