Quality Manager For Real Estate

Location: Rajpura (Site Office)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager for real estate to lead our quality management initiatives at our Rajpura site. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in quality management of inventory and site management . Key responsibilities include ensuring quality standards, analytical problem-solving, calibration, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Management: Oversee quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Analyze quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Calibration and Precision: Proficiency with precision measuring tools and ability to read blueprints.
- Communication and Organization: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality management.
- Skills:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with precision measuring tools, calibration, and blueprint reading.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Salary: Negotiable

Pay: ₹50,748.99 - ₹100,081.73 per month
