Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes for our hand tools manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to ensure our products meet both internal and external standards. This role requires a deep understanding of hand tools manufacturing, materials inspection, and industry compliance standards. The Quality Manager will lead a team of inspectors and technicians, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. They will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product quality, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction. Strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
