Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Quality Management

Prepare and implement supplier quality plans. Monitor supplier performance KPIs, PPM, and quality trends. Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues, corrective and preventive actions.

Quality Systems & Compliance

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements. Support APQP activities and PPAP submissions. Conduct and support FMEA, MSA, SPC, and control plan activities. Maintain quality documentation and records as per QMS requirements.

Continuous Improvement

Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze quality data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Training & Development

Conduct training sessions on QMS procedures and quality tools for internal teams. Support awareness and implementation of quality standards across departments.

Management Review & Reporting

Prepare, analyze, and present KPIs, PPM reports, and quality performance data during management reviews. Support internal and external audits and management review meetings.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

Strong working knowledge of

IATF 16949 and ISO 9001

standards. Hands-on experience with

APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

.

Certified Internal Auditor - IATF 16949

(preferred). Knowledge of

Lean and Six Sigma

methodologies (added advantage). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Proficient in quality management software and

MS Office (Excel strongly preferred)

Experience & Education

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering (Automotive preferred).
