Job Responsibilities:

Prepare 8D (CAPA) reports to analyze and correct quality issues.
Create PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
Develop APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) documents.
Generate and manage PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) and RMTC (Raw Material Test Certificate) reports.
Implement and maintain Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) systems in the plant.
Conduct and manage layered audits.
Monitor and maintain MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics.
Utilize SolidWorks or similar software for quality-related activities.
Ensure compliance with IATF standards and maintain required documentation.

Key Skills & Knowledge Required:

Proficient in preparing PPAP, APQP, 8D reports, and other quality documentation.
Strong understanding of quality systems and tools including Poka-Yoke, MTTR, MTBF.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards and documentation.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.repare supplier quality plans.
Monitor KPIs/PPM.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives.

Training:

Conduct QMS procedure & quality tool trainings.

Management Review:

Prepare and present KPIs and quality reports.

5. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.

Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 (preferred).

Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma (added advantage).

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong documentation & attention-to-detail.

Good communication & cross-functional collaboration ability.

Skilled in quality management software & MS Office (Excel strongly preferred).

6. Salary

?30,000/32,000 per month
