- Quality Manager (Metal Automobile Industry)

Salary Offered:

?35,000 - ?45,000 per month

Experience Required:

4-5+ years in Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Quality Department and ensure all products meet company and customer standards. Develop and maintain

quality systems, SOPs, and inspection procedures

. Monitor

incoming, in-process, and final inspection

of metal automobile components. Handle

customer complaints

, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure CAPA implementation. Conduct

internal quality audits

and coordinate with external auditors (ISO / IATF). Prepare and review documents like

PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC reports

. Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments. Implement

5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, 8D analysis

, and other quality improvement systems. Guide and train the quality team for continuous improvement. Coordinate closely with production, design, and purchase teams for quality issues.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

metal manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and automotive standards

. Good understanding of

ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

requirements. Excellent analytical, reporting, and team-handling skills.

Education:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering Six Sigma / Quality certifications preferred
