Qualification:- BE - Mech / Diploma Mech. Must

Responsibilities:-

You will be responsible for Export dispatch of C.I. pipe & D.I. pipe ensuring quality checks at every quality influencing points of the processes.


You will be responsible for Patterns management to dispatch of Fittings and Manhole Covers ensuring quality checks at every quality influencing points of the processes.


Your Production Plan and Control must satisfy the needs of the Customers with on-time delivery of quality materials at competitive cost.


BIS Fittings production confirming to IS 9523 in all respects and necessary relevant records are to be maintained up-to-date.


All production and quality related records must exhibit the status of production and quality equipments and their Calibration.


You will be attending 3rd party inspections including BIS.


All statutory compliances of BIS,MPCB, and International Standards must be kept updated.


Inculcate Teamwork Culture and ensure interface of processes.


Ensure, reductions in rejections, wastes and improve yield and quality.


Identify the processes which are not adding value to the company discontinue them.


You will be responsible for customer complaints and corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
