Minimum 10+ years (only ERW SS Tube & Pipe industry)

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production) or any relevant technical qualification

We are looking for an experienced

Quality Manager / Management Representative (MR)

with strong exposure to

ERW Stainless Steel Tube & Pipe manufacturing

. The candidate must have hands-on experience in quality systems, ISO documentation, and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as

Management Representative (MR)

for ISO systems. Develop, implement, and maintain

ISO documentation

(ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, as applicable). Ensure compliance with customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Conduct

internal audits

, prepare audit reports, and ensure timely closure of NCs. Handle

external audits

(TUV / customer audits / surveillance audits). Strong knowledge of

ERW SS tube & pipe manufacturing processes

. Monitor product quality, inspection stages, testing, and final dispatch approval. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and EHS departments for quality improvement. Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Train staff on quality systems, SOPs, and ISO awareness.

Candidate Profile:

Must be from

ERW SS Tube & Pipe industry only

. Strong knowledge of

ISO documentation & system implementation

. Experience in

internal audit planning and execution

. Good communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Ability to handle audits independently and report directly to management.
