JOB SCOPERole : Quality Manager\xc2\xb7 Ensure quality of products dispatched meet with customer specifications and standards\xc2\xb7 Ensure quality of products dispatched meet with statutory and regulatory requirements\xc2\xb7 Ensure quality tests are performed under accepted test conditions using certified / accepted equipment\xc2\xb7 Ensure all quality test equipment are in working condition and functional all the time\xc2\xb7 Manage external test agencies and processes where needed.\xc2\xb7 Ensure quality tests are performed on periodic basis, collecting samples at appropriate intervals and sizes\xc2\xb7 Plan, train and maintain appropriate number of quality lab technicians, manpower\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production areas\xc2\xb7 Manage quality reporting, test certificates, quality documentation in line with customer and regulatory requirements\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliances with Standard Operating Procedure requirements at Factory and farm levels (such as RMP), monitor egg quality levels and maintain records, documentation processes\xc2\xb7 Inspect and certify resumption of production after every batch CIP\xc2\xb7 Identify and procure lab chemicals, consumables, materials at optimum costs and ensure appropriate inventory levels all the time\xc2\xb7 Implement and comply with standard operating procedure for quality assurance process\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth repairs and maintenance operations\xc2\xb7 Comply with food safety norms, parameters, hygiene standards, perform pest control trend analysis, pathogen environmental monitoring, ClO2 / ASC preparation and execution, and in-house Antibiotic testing\xc2\xb7 Monitor trends and developments in the industry, apply best practices to quality management and assurance process\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with external service providers (AMCs) to ensure effective maintenance of lab equipment\xc2\xb7 Help manage customer audits, food regulatory audits, comply with food certification standards\xc2\xb7 Maintain all quality records real time\xc2\xb7 Any other function as and when delegatedBenefits:
