Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Quality Systems:

Create, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS), policies, and procedures to meet internal and external standards.

Quality Control and Monitoring:

Oversee and monitor production processes, inspecting products and services at various stages to ensure they meet quality standards.

Process Analysis and Improvement:

Analyze quality data, conduct root cause analysis for defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and develop teams of quality control and assurance professionals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product development, engineering, production, and other departments to integrate quality into the entire product lifecycle.

Auditing and Compliance:

Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and report on quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Customer Focus:

Ensure products and services consistently meet customer expectations and gather feedback for improvement.
Key Skills and Attributes

Leadership and Management:

Strong skills in leading, motivating, and developing teams.

Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) to evaluate performance and identify issues.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to conduct root cause analysis and devise effective corrective actions.

Communication:

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across departments.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous approach to tasks and a high level of accuracy in quality control activities.

Knowledge of Standards:

Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and process improvement frameworks like Six Sigma is often required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
