To set up an action plan related to in house quality and execution.
To resolve internal quality issues for existing product and avoid occurrence of future issues(existing and future),
Ensuring & nurturing of Right First Time concept by providing training, counselling & taking Process non conformity photos& display as Quality Alerts Thrust on Layout inspection, Quality Control Plans
Submission of Action Plan 8D and improvement plan as per customer requirement, To resolve issue related to warranty on time, IN ORDER TO ensure zero PPM at customer's end.
Customer interaction as company window and performance assessment maintenance.
Negotiation with customer for the problem. (Sometime to convince the customer for their failure)
Regular quality check of all arrival parts at customer end (take a photo and report at every shipment arrival).
Monitoring to find any parts quality concern at customer end and rectifying the same.
Communicate OEM expectations on Quality Cost and Delivery to supplier and make action plan for the same.
Track the supplier Tool life and No. of shots; Tool Audit as per CSR Process Audit at Supplier site Investigate the route censuses for repeated issues and establish the permanent solutions.
Initiate Kaizen on supplier site on process/product Capacity study Fitment training and awareness Check.
Ensure all documentation are as per QMS One complete implementation cycle of ISO9001:2008 through gap analysis, Documentation, training, Internal Audits, MRM and certificationPlan & Preparation of Internal & External Audits including customer audits; closer of all NC's.
Identify Continuous improvement opportunities.
Use of Lean tools for reducing COPQ, Improve productivity, reduce inventory.
Perform 5S Audits monthly and maintain higher 5S score ;Awareness for Lean Mfg.
Requirements:
Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department.
Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
Supervise QA Engineer's in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsible for training, and coaching employees.
Analyze, evaluate, and present information concerning business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, economic trends, and design and development of new products to other members of management team.
