Job Title:

Quality Manager - Manufacturing & Packaging

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes within our manufacturing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet established standards of quality, safety, and reliability and comply with both regulatory and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management systems (QMS), policies, and procedures. Lead quality audits (internal and external), and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee inspection, testing, and sampling procedures; ensure documentation of results. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes. Train, supervise, and motivate quality control staff. Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, ideally in the packaging sector. Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in quality management tools and software.
