Preferred:



Postgraduate qualification in

Hospital/Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or Public Health

. Experience in

clinical audits, risk management, or quality assurance

. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Key Responsibilities



Support implementation and monitoring of

NABH standards

and hospital policies. Conduct

clinical and non-clinical audits

, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions. Assist in

developing SOPs, checklists, and quality indicators

. Coordinate

training programs

on patient safety, infection control, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accreditation guidelines. Collect, analyze, and present

quality data/metrics

to management. Participate in

incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions

. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all hospital departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
