Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the laboratory's quality management system as per ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Ensure compliance with NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) requirements. Lead, prepare, and coordinate for NABL assessments (minimum 2 assessments handled previously). Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings. Train and guide team members on quality procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Ensure timely calibration, validation, and proper documentation of equipment and processes. Conduct internal audits, maintain records, and ensure continual improvement of the quality system.

Travel as required for audits, assessments, trainings, and coordination with external agencies.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Quality Manager/Quality Officer in a NABL-accredited laboratory. Required Immediate joiners Must have successfully completed at least

2 NABL assessments

. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards

. Strong documentation, audit handling, and compliance skills. Willingness to travel as per job requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
