Job Description

Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (ISO/IATF)

to ensure all processes, components, and vehicles meet required standards.

Monitor and control quality at every production stage

--incoming, in-process, and final inspection--to reduce defects.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

Lead internal and external audits

, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Handle customer complaints

, coordinate with production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise and train the quality team

, ensuring strong communication, reporting, and adherence to quality processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
