A Snapshot of Your Day
Ensures product quality specifications are following corporate/customers' standards and requirements. Establishes quality assurance and control procedures for product evaluation, technical support, vendor assessments, and international quality; coordinates efforts with team and suppliers to uphold corporate standards.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Handling of NCR Management incl. CA/PA & 8D.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & Gamesa standards for facility and product in the Wind Turbine Blade Sector.
• Handling the meetings (Coordinating / Participation / MOM preparation).
• Ensure you to review and supervise mechanisms (Meetings Daily / Weekly / monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) as per Wind Blade Industry standards.
• Ensure the implementation and efficiency of process audits at Wind Turbine Blade plant.
• Ensure the continual improvement process at the Wind Turbine Blade Industry.
• Handling customer visits, improvements & deviations (Internal + External).
• Handling changes optimally, follow up with SQA for materials related issues, Quality tools calibrations management, Logistics quality support.

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Engineering with 15 to 20 years of experience in managing and improving quality assurance processes in the Wind Blade Manufacturing Industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Quality management, SAP Knowledge, ISO 9000 auditors, Calibration, Handling NCR towards Process & Product and Handling process and product issue, green belt in six sigma & Continuous improvements in the Wind Blade Manufacturing Industry Group.:
• Knowledge (Method /Procedure/ Practice / System, etc.): SAP Quality Mgt / ISO 9001 Internal auditor / Wind Turbine Blade Manufacturing / Nacelle Manufacturing process / Windmill products / Advanced Quality tools Like SPC, R&R.
• Skills (Language/Computer, etc.): English / SAP - ERP mgt / Windows software's incl. Outlook / Presentation skills / NCR Mgt (CA'PA with 8D).
